I am a mental health and wellbeing specialist with thousands of hours of experience across counselling, education, and the public, community, and private sectors. My work focuses on empowering individuals and teams to reach their potential through resilience, psychological safety, and meaningful behavioural change.
I have served as a National Trainer for Beyond Blue and 1800Respect, including being part of the small national team that launched a dedicated COVID-19 mental health support line—one of Australia’s most critical mental health initiatives during the pandemic.
Alongside my professional career, I have undergone a significant personal transformation, losing nearly 170 kilograms with the support of my family. This lived experience profoundly informs my approach to wellbeing, motivation, and sustainable change. I understand firsthand the complexity of behaviour change, identity shifts, and the importance of compassionate, practical support.
My approach is approachable, engaging, and evidence-based. I partner with organisations and individuals to build resilience, foster empowerment, and create environments where people feel respected, validated, and capable of growth. Through self-discovery, motivation, and practical tools, I help people move closer to their ideal—personally and professionally.
